Matt is an Associate in the White Collar Crime & Investigations Group with experience acting for a variety of clients, both individuals and corporates in investigations, representations and criminal defence.

Matt has extensive experience of high-profile investigations undertaken by Police, HMRC, DWP, DVSA, Trading Standards and local government. He has a proven record of both avoiding charge and securing 'out of court' disposals.  

Prior to joining Mishcon, Matt worked in a highly reputable legal aid practice advising and representing clients facing post-charge litigation in Magistrates' and Crown Courts. He also has a keen interest in reputation management and making representations to the Disclosure and Barring Service.

He is a member of the London Criminal Courts Solicitors' Association and of the Criminal Law Solicitors' Association.
