Michelle is an Associate who advises both employers and employees across all stages of the employment relationship. This ranges from recruitment and day-to-day HR matters to discrimination, redundancy, unfair dismissal and exit planning. She advises on the drafting and negotiation of employment, consultancy, and settlement agreements. She has also advised clients on conducting sensitive internal investigations as part of disciplinary and grievance procedures. Michelle has experience of Employment Tribunal litigation and works across all business sectors. She is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, Mishcon's Pride team and Mishcon's Race Equity Network.
