Robert is a Partner in the Innovation department. He specialises in helping clients to resolve their most complex and business critical technology disputes. His clients are the suppliers and users of technology, as well as start-ups and scale-ups looking to commercialise technology products and solutions or disrupt markets through innovative use of new technologies.
He primarily assists clients in disputes relating to the provision of IT and outsourcing projects, but he also has significant experience of acting in corporate disputes, cross-border joint venture disputes and claims involving the sale and purchase of businesses, including breach of warranty disputes and disputes over valuations and earn outs. Robert has worked with clients across a wide ranges of sectors including IT and outsourcing, life sciences and healthcare, digital media, telecoms, retail and e-commerce and financial services (particularly in relation to Fintech, e-money and mobile payments).
