Stephanie is a Managing Associate in the Innovation Team, in the Intellectual Property department.
She advises clients in relation to the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, particularly in relation to matters concerning trade marks (including the management of portfolios), goodwill, copyright, designs and confidential information. Stephanie has represented clients in proceedings in the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court (IPEC), High Court, the UKIPO and EUIPO, and the Company Names Tribunal. She also acts for clients in domain name disputes.
Stephanie acts for clients across a range of sectors, including media and entertainment, FMCG, fashion and finance.
Stephanie has written articles for a number of publications including Entertainment Law Review. Stephanie was also shortlisted for "Rising Star of the Year 2024" at the EMEA Managing IP Awards. She has been recognised as a WIPR Leader 2024 with the comment by a peer: "Stephanie is a talented, confident and highly intuitive litigator with a strong commercial sense. She has superb client skills and the quality of her work is deeply impressive. She can see the way through the most complex of IP issues. I would trust her with any client and any matter.”
In 2019 Stephanie obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Intellectual Property with distinction.

- Advising on intellectual property disputes, with a particular emphasis on trade mark, passing off, copyright and design disputes before the High Court and IPEC.
- Advising on trade mark registry proceedings before the UKIPO and EUIPO, including oppositions and cancellations.
- Managing the worldwide portfolios of leading brands in, amongst others, the FMCG and finance sectors.
- Lead Associate in proceedings before the High Court relating to an Inquiry as to Damages following a successful trade mark infringement and passing off claim.
- Lead Associate in simultaneous proceedings before the High Court (Shorter Trial Scheme), and the UKIPO concerning matters of trade mark infringement, passing off, invalidation of a trade mark and malicious falsehood.
- Lead Associate in various proceedings before IPEC relating to trade mark infringement and passing off.
- Advising on domain name disputes at WIPO.
