Tiffany specialises in complex, high-value commercial disputes. Her practice areas include contractual and tortious claims, ESG disputes, group and shareholder actions, fraud, and professional negligence. She has experience working with charities, high net worth individuals, and politically exposed persons, as well as on shipping, personal injury and human rights claims. Her international legal experience spans Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and British offshore territories.
Tiffany is involved in legal technology and litigation funding initiatives at the firm and, externally, is a member of the London Solicitor Litigation Association and Women Influence & Power in Law. Tiffany also engages in pro bono work, and was recognised by the Lady Chief Justice of England and Wales on the 2024 Pro Bono Recognition List.

- Acting on a s.90A/Sch.10A FSMA group shareholder action against Drax Group Plc, claiming compensation for shareholders over alleged false environmental claims by Drax that have adversely affected share values.
- Representing Sheikh Mohamed Bin Issa Al Jaber in an appeal that successfully overturned a €67m judgment against him, related to allegations of breach of statutory and fiduciary duties to the claimant company (Mitchell & Anr v Al Jaber & Ors [2024] EWCA Civ 423)).
- Representing the liquidators of former Hong Kong Stock Exchange-listed companies in a series of audit negligence claims against "big four" auditors, focusing on the auditors' failure to identify management fraud and financial misstatements.
- Acting for an arts and heritage foundation in defending breach of contract and unjust enrichment claims made by an artist's agent concerning a prominent art installation.
- Advising on mass tort group actions for Kenyan workers of a global conglomerate, and London residents affected by local council environmental breaches.
- Acted for the administrators of London Capital & Finance PLC in an audit negligence claim against PwC and EY, concerning their audits of the company prior to LCF's 2019 collapse, attributed to an alleged Ponzi scheme by its management.
- Acted for members of the Saudi Royal Family in defending contractual claims and enforcement proceedings over their assets located in the UK.
- Advising an NGO coalition on their complaint to the OECD regarding Drax Group Plc's alleged misleading portrayal of the environmental benefits of its biomass energy.
- Multi-jurisdictional shipping law experience in contractual disputes involving grain shipments under GAFTA terms and arbitration, and on a breach of charterparty arbitration against a shipowner under English law.
