Harry is a litigator in Mishcon Private. He acts on a range of complex, often multi-jurisdictional, disputes, most of which have a reputational and/or political element. His practice covers all aspects of reputation protection, including defamation, privacy, harassment, breach of confidence, and data protection. He also acts on a range of commercial, fraud, regulatory, and public law disputes.
Harry has a particular interest in the regulation of online content. He is leading the firm's response to the Online Safety Act, working with clients to prepare for its implementation and advising clients on their engagement with Ofcom.
Harry co-leads the firm's relationship with Queen Mary University on the SPITE project, which provides pro-bono legal advice to victims of revenge porn.

- Acting for high profile clients in defamation and privacy claims against newspapers and online publications.
- Obtaining urgent privacy, breach of confidence and/or harassment injunctions in the High Court.
- Acting for clients against compliance databases (e.g. World Check, Bridger).
Online safety
- Acting for a client under investigation by Ofcom in relation to the Online Safety Act and the Communications Act.
- Drafting submissions for a client in response to a government consultation on the supercomplaint regime in the Online Safety Act.
- Acting for victims of revenge porn.
Commercial Litigation and Fraud
- Acting for an entrepreneur in relation to a well-publicised shareholder dispute, unfair prejudice petition and fraud claims.
- Acting for Ukrainian clients in a multi-billion dollar, multi-jurisdictional family dispute.
- Representing clients in two fraud claims against a prominent auction house.
Public law and Regulatory Disputes
- Acting for Azeem Rafiq in relation to the England and Wales Cricket Board's proceedings against Yorkshire County Cricket Club.
- Representing a prominent UK politician in relation to an ethics enquiry.
- Acting for clients in relation to issues of campaign finance.
