Paige is an Associate within the firm's Private Wealth Disputes team, which is renowned for its expertise in complex and high value litigation concerning families, their private wealth and associated professionals. The team was ranked Tier 1 (London) by the Legal 500 in 2024.
She advises on disputes concerning high net worth value trusts and estates, acting for private individuals, trustees (both individuals and trust companies) and other fiduciaries, such as executors, deputies and protectors. She often deals with cases which involve assets held in multiple jurisdictions and has recently been involved with cases in Guernsey, Jersey and Monaco.
Paige is also a member of ConTrA (the Contentious Trusts Association) and is currently studying the ACTAPS programme (the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists).
Key Experience
- Acting for beneficiaries in a complex high value multi-jurisdictional trust dispute (including G v SG Kleinwort Hambros [2023] JCA 088).
- Advising a Professional Deputy of the Court of Protection for a young woman who is incapable of managing her financial affairs.
