Pay transparency in the modern workplace

British culture has long been reticent about openly discussing financial matters. However a new generation of millennial workers with different views and values about money and the workplace has begun to challenge this. This generational shift focuses more on a culture of inclusivity and openness and values a high degree of trust in the employer.

Gender pay gap reporting 2021: deadline postponed to 5 October 2021

The Equalities and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) has announced today that due to the unprecedented pressures faced by employers during the COVID-19 crisis, employers now have until 5 October 2021 to report their gender pay gap information for 2020-2021 (which uses a snapshot date of 5 April 2020 for private businesses).

The Mishcon de Reya Women in Wealth initiative supports female holders of private wealth and their advisers.
