Personal Profile

Alexandra is Senior Counsel in the Family team. She works across the firm's Cambridge, London and Oxford offices. Her caseload is divided between complex financial cases and private law children cases.

Alexandra acts on high-value matrimonial finance cases, often on behalf of prominent individuals including professionals, entrepreneurs and those with dynastic assets. A significant proportion of her client base is drawn from those with interests in the technology sector and the medical and academic professions.

Alexandra is a member of Resolution, the association of family lawyers and other professionals committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes; and sits on the committee of the Cambridge and West Suffolk branch of Resolution.

Key Experience

  • Alexandra regularly works with high net worth and international private clients on financial disputes arising between spouses and ex-spouses. She advises on cases in which there are complex business interests, trust vehicles, overseas assets and significant pensions, as well as more straightforward assets. She also advises on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and cohabitation agreements.
  • Alexandra advises on the full range of private children law matters and is sought out for challenging cases involving residence disputes and contact disputes between separated parents. She has also advised on contested international relocation and education cases. She is especially interested in dealing with cases where one party has mental health or addiction problems.
