George is an Associate in the Family team. He advises on all aspects of family law, including divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships; financial remedy proceedings, jurisdictional disputes, private law children matters, pre- and post-nuptial agreements; cohabitation agreements; adoption and international surrogacy. He has experience working for a variety of clients, including high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients, those with links to multiple jurisdictions, business-people, professionals and homemakers. George regularly works with clients with complex asset structures.
George is a member of the Surrogacy and Modern Families Group and is particularly interested in the law surrounding family creation. George has participated in public events and contributed to publications in respect of the topic. He has a particular interest in working with LGBTQ+ individuals to help create families.
George is a member of Resolution, an organisation which believes in a constructive, non-confrontational approach to family law matters and campaigns for improvements to the family justice system.
George has significant court experience, and has worked on cases in the Supreme Court, High Court and Central Family Court.
George trained at the Firm and has previously advised clients on matters relating to education, tax, real estate, judicial review and both commercial and private disputes.

- Acting for a Middle Eastern mother in Wardship proceedings and successfully securing permission from the English Court for the mother and her children to return to their native country.
- George subsequently acted for the same client in Part III financial proceedings securing the client a lump sum payment of over £27 million from the English Court (AZ v AG [2023]), in circumstances where the Court found she had zero entitlement in her native country.
- Acting for a mother against the father in a high conflict child-abduction case.
- Working on various private law Children Act proceedings to determine the child arrangements.
