Humam is a litigator in Mishcon Private. He advises clients on a range of complex and often multi-jurisdictional disputes, with a particular focus on disputes with a reputational element. His practice covers all areas of reputation protection, including defamation, breach of confidence, privacy, data, and harassment issues, in addition to more general disputes work.
Humam often advises clients in times of crisis, providing strategic solutions to his clients' problems, while also focusing on building long-lasting relationships with his clients in order to be able to provide proactive advice and assistance to them, their families, and their businesses. He is adept at working alongside PR and communications advisors, and other professional advisors, in order to holistically support his clients.
