Nova is an Associate in the Family team. She advises on all aspects of family law, including divorce and the dissolution of civil partnerships; financial remedy proceedings; private law children matters, including living arrangements, surrogacy and relocation; and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. Nova has worked for a diverse range of clients, including high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients; those in the public eye; homemakers and entrepreneurs. Many of the clients Nova works with have complex asset structures and her cases are often multi-jurisdictional in nature. She has experience of all aspects of litigation as well as various non-court dispute resolution processes
Nova is a member of the Surrogacy and Modern Families Group at Mishcon and has a particular interest and experience in cases involving surrogacy and obtaining parental orders.
Nova is a member of Resolution, an organisation which believes in a constructive, non-confrontational approach to family law matters and campaigns for improvements to the family justice system.
