Wendy is Head of Business Development for Private. She is responsible for marketing, communications, client development and new business. She joined the firm in 2024 from the M&C Saatchi Group where she was Global Chief Growth Officer and ran a fully integrated growth programme spanning cultural, marketing and new business initiatives underpinned by data and technology. She also continues to be a Non-Executive Director for Aim listed Tasty PLC.
Wendy's long history in the world of advertising saw her spend over 20 years working at Leo Burnett and then Publicis Group as a global client lead for Procter & Gamble and Walk Disney Parks & Resorts. During her time there she also led Account Management and Employee Engagement as well as a host of new programmes to accelerate digital and technology integration.
As a Canadian, Wendy started her career in Toronto, worked extensively in the U.S. and as an Expat in Chicago and has lived and worked here in the UK for many years fulfilling global roles from London.
