Produced by and broadcast on Jazz FM, Jazz Shapers has been running since 2012 and is presented by Mishcon de Reya’s Partner and Chief Brand Officer, Elliot Moss.

    Tom is a serial entrepreneur. His courier infatuation began while working at his only "real job" as a trainee shipbroker, where he learned the business from the ground-up. After a bad experience with his local courier firm, Tom decided "I could do that better" and set up eCourier.co.uk in 2003 with the ambition of making customers happy. In 2010, eCourier.co.uk reached #6 on Deloitte's list of UK's fastest growing technology businesses with 5,000+% growth since 2004.Tom left eCourier.co.uk in 2008 to set about solving delivery for e-commerce. Later that year, Shutl was born. Since then, Shutl has won numerous awards in the UK for its innovative platform and the success retailers have enjoyed thanks to this service. The service is launching imminently in North America. He fosters support for other entrepreneurs as a Trustee at FoundationStone, an organization.

  • Sharai Meyers Purple Dragon

    Sharai Meyers, a law graduate of Dundee University, began her career specialising in legal aid cases, before being introduced to modelling. Ultimately, through a series of jobs in the fashion industry, she met designer Roland Mouret and became his business partner and muse for several years. After the birth of her first child, Meyers re-evaluated her career and new future with a growing family. In 2005 she developed the concept for Purple Dragon - a family member's club totally new to the UK. The flagship Purple Dragon club opened in 2011 featuring activity and wet play zones, creativity classes, after school programs, a relaxation area for parents, restaurants, and more, all to encourage creative play and family time. Meyers plans to open 5 clubs in the next 5 years.

    Charlie Marshall is founder and 'head of loafing' of Loaf. Loaf was set up after Charlie lost a whole Saturday trying to buy a bed. He saw an opportunity to make the shopping experience quicker than the high street and as hassle free as possible. So two years, 187 mattress factories and some seriously comfy beds later, The Sleep Room was born in December 2008. A predominantly online business, The Sleep Room quickly became one of the fastest-growing companies in the UK.

  • Korda Marshall Infectious Music

    Korda Marshall got his start in RCA Records, working as A&R Director for 5 years before launching his own label, eventually merging with Mushroom Records and being acquired by Warner Music group in 2003. As Managing Director of the company’s Atlantic Records label, he signed The Darkness and James Blunt among others, before taking over as MD at Warner Music in 2004 and overseeing the careers of Madonna, Green Day, The Red Hot Chilli Peppers and signing artists including Gnarls Barkley. He's recently re-launched his original label, Infectious Music, in 2009.
