Martha is an Associate in the Employment department.
She advises both employer and employee clients across all stages of the employment relationship, from recruitment and day-to-day HR matters to discrimination, redundancy, unfair dismissal and exit planning.
Martha advises on the drafting and negotiation of employment contracts and settlement agreements, has experience of Employment Tribunal litigation and has also advised on the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. Martha is a legal mentor for SPITE (Sharing and Publishing Images to Embarrass), a pro bono project that advises victims of revenge porn, and was voted SPITE Supervisor of the Year 2019. She also works as a mentor for the SPITE for Schools initiative; supervising law students delivering workshops to local secondary schools on the dangers of sharing intimate images.
